Our story
Both passionate about continuous growth and personal development, Tania and Anlor met during workshops that Anlor facilitated. They sensed a mutual interest in sharing their accumulated knowledge, an almost scientific approach on human leverages and being professional while still having fun. One coffee meeting and a mexican lunch later, they decided to join forces and started Tanloria consulting.

Tania ROS
Co-Founder
After starting her career as an entrepreneur, Tania held various positions: Sales Representative for a training center, Customer Service Manager in e-commerce, project management consultant, business manager for a consulting firm and human resources director of a digital agency.
This diverse and international background (Portugal, China and France) has given her numerous opportunities to put into practice her skills in supporting clients or internal collaborators.
Passionate about human relations and personal development, Tania now wishes to pass on her knowledge in order to instil confidence and pride in her clients.
Anne-Laure (Anlor) BOUET
Co-Founder
An insatiable desire to learn and develop has led Anlor to hold positions as varied as Chief of Staff in consulting, Project Manager in tech, Editor-in-chief in wealth management, Business Developer in market finance, all in countries with diverse cultures: France, United States, Singapore, Canada.
Knowing how to adapt to your interlocutors to communicate better or negociate is an exercise that is sometimes a balancing act, but they require techniques that Anlor takes pleasure in sharing.
Anlor designed the Salomon's negociation workshop in 2017 and she attended the KeynoteWomenSpeaker program in Singapore in 2019.
