These talented women delivered powerful speeches during the closing Speech Ceremony, captivating the audience with authenticity and impact. The atmosphere was charged with emotion, and the learned Jury rose to the occasion—offering constructive, practical feedback that enriched everyone in the room: speakers, audience, and organizers alike. This training program, designed by Tanloria Consulting in partnership with the Université de l’Ontario Français, guides participants through the art of building and delivering a compelling speech. It includes four group workshops, one individual coaching session, and culminates in a final public presentation.
